How do I fix a bricked Android device?
There’s no one direct approach. The method to be employed depends on how your bricked Android device is acting. Some methods are:
*Unbricking by flashnig stock ROM: If you have access to the Stock ROM, then boot into recovery mode and flash it.
*Unbricking an Android device with just one click : There’s now an easy and convenient way to fix a bricked Android device with just one click. Simply download OneClick Unbrick . It is a cross platform app so it should work on a wide range of devices.
When an Android device is stuck in a boot loop
An Android device getting stuck in a boot loot is usually caused by installing a new ROM over an existing one without first deleting the files associated with the previous ROM. To fix this, you’ll need to format the Cache partition in recovery mode by:
*Powering down your device
*Booting it into Recovery mode ( * Note that the method of booting into recovery mode varies with the device in question so google the exact method for your device. Generally, holding down the volume down button and then pressing the power button does it). HTC phones will have to then select “Recovery” from a menu, while other phones will boot directly into ClockworkMod ( ClockworkMod Recovery will be displayed at the top )
*Using your volume keys to navigate the menus, and your power button to select the menu items.
*Scrolling down to ‘Advanced’, and choosing “Wipe Dalvik Cache”.
*Returning to the main screen upon completing the previous step then choosing “Wipe Cache Partition”.
*Heading to “Wipe Data / Factory Reset” to delete all your settings and apps, but ensuring you are using the correct ROM.
*Rebooting your phone.
*Note: If the problem still persists, delete all the cache files and the user data then do a new flash of your desired ROM (see https://blog.hovatek.com/how-to-upgrade-an-android-smartphone-or-tablet-operating-system-os/ ).
When the Android device won’t boot past the brand logo or freezes during boot
If the Android phone freezes or stops at any point during boot then this can be resolved by :
*Optionally Flashing Clockworkmod recovery to replace your stock recovery (you can do this with the stock recovery so feel free to ignore this step)
*Powering down your device
*Booting it into Recovery mode ( * Note that the method of booting into recovery mode varies with the device in question so google the exact method for your device. Generally, holding down the volume up and the power button together does it). HTC phones will have to then select “Recovery” from a menu, while other phones will boot directly into ClockworkMod or the stock recovery ( ClockworkMod Recovery will be displayed at the top )
*Using your volume keys to navigate the menus, and your power button or volume up to select the menu items.
*Scrolling down to ‘Advanced’, and choosing “Wipe Dalvik Cache”.
*Removing your battery and slotting it back in
*If the above steps don’t resolve the issue , repeat the above steps then go further by returning to the main screen upon completing the previous step then choosing “Wipe Cache Partition”.

*Rebooting your phone.
*If this still doesn’t fix it or you don’t have Clockwork mod recovery (still using stock recovery) then you’ll need to lay your hands on another phone of the same type as the bricked phone
*Boot into recovery mode and create a backup of the good phone (Backup will be in SD card / clockworkmod / backup if you have flashed clockworkmod or directly in SD card / a folder called Backup if you’re still on stock recovery)
*Copy the backup you created on the good phone into SD card of the bricked phone (ensure to copy it into the bricked phone’s memory card exactly as it is in the good phone’s memory card)
*Boot into recovery mode on the bricked Android Clockworkmod or stock recovery
*Select backup and restore
*Select restore then pick the backup folder you just moved and select yes to confirm
*If this doesn’t work then you need to flash another ROM to the bricked Android
When the Android device keeps booting straight into recovery mode or bootloader
In such a case, installing a new ROM should fix the issue. To do this:
*Format a memory card to a FAT32 partition
*Copy the new ROM onto the memory card then slot the memory card back into the bricked Android phone
*Boot the Android device into recovery mode ( See the procedure above )
*Mount the memory card by going to Mounts and Storage > Mount SD Card
*Flash the Android phone by navigating to Install ZIP from SD card > Choosing the ZIP file from the SD memory card > Selecting Install > Selecting Yes to confirm).
*If the problems persist, then unroot your smartphone and install the stock ROM (the one that the Android device came with).
If your Android device is bricked and you wish to flash it using Odin
This is applicable only if your android device can be flashed by Odin. To do this:
*Download the stock firmware of your phone ( must be exact in model number )
*Download Odin
*Extract the contents of odin.zip
*Put your device into Download Mode ( Volume Up key + Home key + Power key or as applicable to your Android device)
*Connect the USB cable to your PC, but NOT your Android device yet
*Remove then reinsert the battery
*Hold down Volume Up and Volume Down keys
*Insert the USB cable into your device
*You should now be at Download Mode, click Start in Odin
*Run Odin.exe
*Prepare Odin: Check “auto-reboot”, and uncheck all other options
*Click PDA and select the TAR you downloaded
*Tap the Phone button and choose the file named ‘MODEM’
*Ignore this step if such file is missing
*Hit the CSC button and choose the file named ‘CSC’
*Ignore this step if such file is absent
Click the PIT button and choose the .pit file
*If there is no such .pit file, please find another firmware which contains a .pit file
*In ODIN, enable Auto Reboot and F
*Reset Time options
*In case of the Re-Partition option, check it ONLY if you chose a .pit file in the previous step
*Choose the files to be flashed or installed on your phone, which can be found among the extracted firmware files which you downloaded previously

This equates to 0.0270 and to get the probability of hitting 16 three times in a row, we need to calculate this – 0.0270 x 0.0270 x 0.0270, which is equal to 0.00001974216. The probability could be anything from 0 to 1 so a probability of 0.00001974216 is extremely, extremely low. Casino players have devised more systems for beating roulette than any other casino game. I believe the reason is because the game is played at a leisurely pace so it allows plenty of time to make bets between spins. System players will use this down time to analyze the data from past results and have enough time to figure out and make the next bet before the ball drops into a pocket.
The sheer number of roulette systems is staggering. In an attempt to get a handle on this I decided to select the ten most popular systems that fall into one of the following three categories of roulette systems.
Progressive Betting Systems
Most of these systems have been around for a hundred years. Their characteristic is that the amount of your next bet is determined by what happened on previous bets.
Betting Zones
Some of these systems involve covering contiguous sections of the wheel so that no matter where the ball lands in the covered section you are assured a win. The other is to bet on specific numbers around the wheel so that no matter where the ball lands you have a chance of winning.
Predictive Systems
There are two popular predictive systems; one is geared to exploit flaws in the equipment and the other to detect flaws in the roulette dealer. The bias wheel system is based on the theory that some wheels may contain a mechanical flaw that contributes to a non-random distribution of winning numbers. The dealer signature system is based on the fact that some roulette dealers get into a rhythm or groove when they spin the wheel and launch the ball such that they consciously or unconsciously can place the ball in a given section of the wheel. The latter dealer trait is known as a dealer’s signature and systems have been developed to try to find and exploit these dealers.
Let’s begin by examining the popular betting systems for roulette.
System #1. Martingale
This is the granddaddy of all roulette betting systems. In fact, the Martingale system is probably the oldest betting system ever devised to beat the casinos. It is also the system most used by novice roulette players who give it a try on the even-money bets on odd/even or red/black.
The Martingale is a double-up-after-you-lose progressive betting system, which simply means you double the size of your next bet whenever the previous bet lost. It is based on the assumption that if you keep doubling your bet after every loss, you will eventually win and recoup your losses plus end up with a 1 unit profit.
For example if you wagered $5 on red and a black number wins, you would lose the $5 wagered and your next bet is doubled or $10. If a black number won again, you would bet $20. At this point in the progression you are down $15 ($5 + $10). If you win the third bet you win $20 which is enough to cover the $15 lost on the previous two spins plus a profit of $5.
The allure of the Martingale betting system is that theoretically the wager has to win at some point since the chance of hitting a black number 5, 6 or even 7 consecutive times is pretty slim (see chart below). In fact you’ve got about a 99% chance of hitting a red number after 6 consecutive black numbers have won. The reality of the Martingale is this – you will win frequently using it but in the long run you will be a loser. Here’s why.
Suppose we are ready to wager step 5 in our progression. We have 96% chance of winning the progression through step 5 and 4% chance of losing. The 96% of the time that we win the progression, we net a measly $5 which over 32 cycles of the progression gives an average win of $5 x 32 x 96% = $154. So far so good. But take a look at how much money on average we stand to lose the 4% of the time our progression fails. It’s $155 (cumulative losses through 5 steps) x 32 x 4% = $198. Yikes! Even though we have a 96% chance of winning the 5 step progression we end up losing $154-$198 = $44 more money. The reason of course is the amount you win 96% of the time does not offset the amount you will lose 4% of the time.
But let’s suppose you want to give the Martingale a try anyway and you’ve got a hefty bankroll to back you up (see chart below). You begin your betting progression on black with a $5 starting bet and darn if it’s not your lucky day. Right from the get go you lose on the first spin, then the second, right up to the 7th spin. Already you are down $635 but the odds of red hitting on the 8th spin are in your favor and when it does you’ll win back the $635 plus an extra $5 profit to boot. As you start to plunk down $640 wager (8th wager in the progression) for the privilege of winning a paltry $5 (got the nerve to do this?), you hear a voice from the other side of the table say, “Sorry Sir, but the maximum bet on the outside numbers is $500”.
So even if you had the stomach and bankroll to play a Martingale progression until you won, the casinos won’t let you. That’s why there are maximum betting limits on each table. A $5 table usually has a $500 maximum bet so a Martingale progression would be stopped after step number #7. Therefore you won’t be allowed to make a bet that would give you the one unit profit for the progression.

Often the Martingale progression is used for sleepers or numbers that haven’t come up after many spins. Players will watch the wheel, record the numbers that win, and then if certain numbers or colors or columns haven’t won in a while they jump in and start betting using a Martingale progression. The flaw in betting on sleepers is that past results has no bearing on future results. The chance of red hitting on any spin is 18/38 regardless if red numbers have been ‘sleeping’ for the past 5, 10, or even hundred spins. The bottom line is the Martingale betting progression doesn’t work in the long run and the more that you bet using it, the more you will lose.
System #2. Grand Martingale
Not satisfied with just a 1 unit profit for the progression, you’ll often see players use the Grand Martingale, which calls for a doubling of your last bet plus adding one more unit. For example if you bet $5 on red or black and the bet losses the player’s next bet would be $15 ($10 + $5 = $15). Here’s what the betting progression looks like through 5 steps.

After 5 steps of the progression you’d wind up winning on average $292 and losing $368 for a net average loss of $76, which is a lot more than the average $44 lost for the traditional Martingale. Enough said?
System #3. Laboucher or Cancellation System
This betting system requires a pencil and pad (which the casinos will gladly provide you free of charge). It begins by selecting a sequence of numbers of any length, say 1-2-3-4-5 (you can pick any sequence of numbers you wish). Each of the numbers in the sequence represents a unit of betting and the sum of the numbers (in our case 1+2+3+4+5 = 15 units) is the win goal.
Here’s how the cancellation system works. The player makes his first bet the sum of the first and last numbers in the sequence, in our example 6 units (1+5). Two events can occur. He can either win the 6-unit bet or lose it.
If the bet is lost, the amount of the bet is added to the end of the sequence of numbers so that your new sequence looks like this: 1-2-3-4-5-6. Your next bet would be the sum of the first and last numbers in

With 8s, mathematical analysis shows that splitting them loses less often over the long run than any other move you could make. Still a tough hand though.
*But a 16 composed of two 8s is an entirely different matter. In fact, very few players even think of two 8s as a 16; they merely think of it as an opportunity to split. It is an absolute truism in blackjack that every time you see those two 8s, you split them. Yes, you split them against aces and 10s and deuces and 3s.
*A pair of aces should always be split because the total of these two cards is 12, a very bad total for the blackjack player. The more important reason, however, is that when you split aces there is a better than average chance that you will receive a ten-valued card on one or both of them.
Always split aces and 8s. That is one of the golden rules for blackjack players, but not according to a friend of mine. He insists that splitting eights against a dealer u pcard of either 9, 10 or ace is nuts because you are probably going to lose anyway, so why double your loss by splitting?
In most versions of Blackjack, when you are dealt a pair (two of the same card), you have the option to split them into two new hands. When you split, you must match your bet on the new hand, effectively doubling the amount wagered.

After the split, you are dealt two more cards, one for each hand. Play then proceeds, with you playing both hands. Why split two Aces?
Should you receive two aces, the split is an easy move because an Ace is the most powerful card in Blackjack. Any card drawn next that is valued at 10 gives you 21.
The deck has more 10-value cards than any other single value—10s, Jacks, Queens, and Kings all count as 10. So, you combine an Ace with the higher probability of drawing a 10-value card, thus increasing your chances of beating the dealer and winning. What are your other options?
An ace can count as either a 1 or an 11, so you could play either of those values. Or, you could add the 1 and the 11 to total twelve. If you draw a ten-value card against that 12, you will bust immediately at twenty-two!
Splitting Aces offers two chances for the strongest hand in the game. Draw a 10 after splitting, and you’ve got 21. Draw a 10 on the other Ace, and you’ve got two 21s.
Note: After splitting those Aces, any draw of a 10-card isn’t considered a Blackjack hand, so you’ll be paid at even money.
But splitting Aces every time is mathematically the best move possible, against any possible dealer up-card. Why split two 8s?

In this situation, the dealer may already have 19 or 20.
Simply put, the math says that over the long-term, you have the best chance of minimizing your losing hands by splitting the 8s.
The dealer has the upper hand when you combine your pair of 8s against her 9 or 10. With a dealer presenting 10, computer analysis shows her hand will hit a total of 17-21 about 77% of the time, busting only about 23% of the time.
Let’s quantify the benefit of splitting 8s. If you bet $1.00 each time you combined two 8s against a dealer 10, you’d win 23 times, or $23.00, and lose 77 times, or $77.00, for a net loss of $54.00 after 100 hands.
But split those 8s, and you change the math.
Computer analysis* shows that each time you play an 8 against a dealer 10, you will win the hand about 38 times out of 100 –better than the 23% you would win by combining the 8s. You will still lose more than you will win, but your expected loss will be lower by splitting, even though you are playing two hands with twice the bet as before.

In November, writer Belle-Beth Cooper published an article for the Huffington Post titled 10 Surprising Things That Benefit Our Brains That You Can Do Every Day. This piece explained the surprising differences between how we think our brains work and how they actually work. Reading further, it goes on to explain different ideas about how the human brain operates and how we can optimize our brain usage knowing these facts.
These notions are useful in a multitude of different ways and can be utilized for any aspect of your daily life. We decided to put Cooper’s ’10 Things’ to the test and see exactly how they can apply to the game of poker. So strap in, grab a bowl of blueberries bigger than Jamie Gold’s, and get ready to optimize your brain for poker.
1. Your brain does creative work better when you’re tired.

Throughout her research, Cooper sifted through information regarding body clocks and exactly how our brain works at specific times of day. What she found was that while the brain is better suited for doing demanding and analytical work during your awake and alert hours, the brain actually handles creative work better when you’re tired.
According to Cooper, ’If you’re tired, your brain is not as good at filtering out distractions and focusing on a particular task. It’s also a lot less efficient at remembering connections between ideas or concepts. These are both good things when it comes to creative work, since this kind of work requires us to make new connections, be open to new ideas and think in new ways. So a tired, fuzzy brain is much more use to us when working on creative projects.’
While capitalizing on a late-night creative session may be perfect for an artist or a writer, a poker player may find him or herself better suited to think the opposite. Poker is an analytical game where you’re constantly sizing up your opponents, finding the correct betting sizes, and searching for cracks in your opponent’s game that you can exploit at a later time period. A strong poker game thrives on making connections in how your opponents play, and a brain that is missing out on these connections could lead to a lower profitability in the long run.
In order to maximize brain efficiency, a winning poker player may choose to start their sessions a little earlier in the day. In doing so, a player can increase their chances of capitalizing on the moments in which the brain is most ready to attack with sharp and analytical thought processes.
2. Stress can change the size of your brain (and make it smaller).
As we engage in our daily lives, we all fall victim to stress in one form or another. However, through Cooper’s research, she found that prolonged stress actually has the potential to have long-term adverse effects on the brain.
In a study referenced by Cooper, she found that rats who were exposed to chronic stress actually had their hippocampuses shrink in size. For those like myself who are not well-read on sections of the brains and their exact functionality, the hippocampus is the section of the brain that is integral for making memories. It is also responsible for spatial memory (think the ability to easily navigate around a familiar city) and general thought of navigation.
Experiencing high levels of stress is obviously never a pleasant experience. While it’s common for everyone to experience daily stressors, it’s a no-brainer (I’m surprised it took me this long to make that joke) that prolonged stress can have adverse effects on your poker game. This is especially true if said stresses are related to your game. When sitting down at the tables, try your hardest to remove the stresses of the outside world from your thoughts and instead focus solely on the task at hand. This may be difficult, as bankroll size or game difficulty may be on the list of things that stress you out, but ultimately stress will cloud your judgment and could contribute to negative results.
It is important for poker players to recognize when there is too much stress in their lives that could adversely affect the level of performance at the tables. It’s often best to not play when you have too much stress outside of poker circulating in your life because it will cause a negative impact on your game.
3. It is literally impossible for our brains to multitask.
Did you hear that, player who is playing open-face Chinese poker on his or her iPad while at the same time listening to music, engaging in a conversation with the player to their right, devouring a meatball sub, and trying to grind out a winning session in an already difficult game?
Alright, that’s a slight exaggeration, but you get my point.
As Cooper points out in her article, multitasking is something that has long been lauded as an optimal skill for a human to accomplish. Being able to tackle many different projects at the same time and making satisfactory progress on all of them is something that is appreciated in the workplace, and I’ve seen folks go as far as to highlight their excellent ability to multitask on their professional résumé. However, while you think you may be making significant progress on all fronts while multitasking, science disagrees.
At the core, multitasking is actually a concept called ’context switching’ wherein rather than doing multiple tasks at the same time, you are actually quickly switching back and forth between tasks. This leads to an error rate of 50 percent and it will ultimately take you longer to do things. By doing this, rather than focusing your entire brain on one task, you’re giving less attention to an array of tasks and thus likely performing less optimally across the board.
So next time you’re sitting at the table and find yourself doing five different things on top of simply clicking buttons, take a moment to reevaluate exactly how much focus you’re putting into the game ahead of you. Perhaps you’ll find your abilities to find new spots against your opponents and ultimately make more money will dramatically increase.
4. Naps improve your brain’s day-to-day performance.
This is terrific news because like I’m assuming most of you do, I absolutely love sleep. Research shows that naps improve both memory performance and the ability to learn. Let’s take a look at exactly what happens in terms of memory first:
Initial memories are stored in the hippocampus of the brain. While memories are there, they are still fragile and easily forgotten, especially if the brain is tasked with remembering more information during the same time period. When you take a nap, these memories are pushed to the neocortex of the brain, which serves as a more long-term storage area.
Over the course of a long session of cards, you may pick up specific tells or betting patterns of your opponents. If the session continues to drag on, you may become distracted from a game and these memories could easily slip out of your hippocampus and simply be forgotten. A quick nap can help to solidify these as long-term memories and lead to improved play against the same set of opponents.
In terms of the ability to learn, napping essentially clears out information from the brain’s temporary storage areas and makes room for new information to come flooding in. In studies referenced by Cooper, groups of subjects who napped prior to taking on a task always performed better than the subjects who stayed awake prior to the task.
By opening up as much space as possible for your brain to learn new information, you are essentially maximizing the opportunities to make informed decisions against your opponents at the table. At the very least, you can take comfort in the fact that according to studies in the area of napping, you will be performing at a higher level than if you’ve not taken a nap before sidling up to the table.
5. Your vision trumps all other senses.
In terms of recognition, vision ranks the highest out of our five senses. To drive this point home, take a piece of information that you’ve heard. Three days later, you will recall just 10 percent of it. Add a picture to that and the recognition rate jumps up to 65 percent.
In the poker world, this idea makes me think of players who always wear very dark sunglasses to the table. In terms of how the brain processes information, these players are depriving themselves of their most vital sense. While obviously you can still see while wearing sunglasses, you are darkening the picture that your brain receives and thus lessening exactly what you see. This is working in the opposite direction of optimal poker strategy, in which you provide yourself with as much information as possible to make educated decisions.
This also ties into the third point about multitasking. Paying attention at the table can be a highly vision-related task, and you should be looking around at your opponents at all times, hoping to gather any and all information that you can. You may think that you can fold your hand, look back down at your iPad, and hear what’s going on at the table, but your depriving yourself of capitalizing on your most valuable sense: vision.
6. Introversion and extroversion come from different wiring in the brain.
This one is a bit complicated. Typically, introverts are described as timid or shy while extroverts are individuals that are have more outgoing or gregarious personalities. However, the concepts of introversion and extroversion go a lot deeper than that.
Essentially, people with different personality types view and process rewards in different ways. Extroverts’ brains respond differently when a gamble pays off than introverts do. This means that social behaviors, whether it’s telling a joke at a party or choosing to talk to someone of the opposite sex, elicit different responses psychologically from extroverts. These feelings are viewed as rewards by the brain and thus the brain pushes extroverts into taking risks and seeking out unfamiliar territory.
We’ve all played poker with both the guy who never stops talking as well as the one who never says a word to anyone during a six-hour session. From an introvert’s point of view, the extroverted player’s behavior can be viewed as brash and even sometimes downright annoying, depending on the circumstances. However, know that these behaviors are how an extrovert’s brain seeks pleasure, this could actually put an introvert in a profitable spot.
Since psychologically seeking out gambles that pay off provides a rewarding feeling to an extrovert’s brain, this could quite often lead to an extrovert playing more loose or aggressively. An extrovert is used to seeking out stimulation from surprising situations, and knowing that kind of information about a player could lead to the creation of some very profitable situations. Obviously this is not saying that all players who talk a lot play like maniacs, but certain types of people do tend to fall into certain behavioral categories on a more general level.
Next time you’re playing against an observed extrovert, keep this information in mind. You may already have a leg up on how this individual will approach the game.
7. We tend to like people who make mistakes more.
In poker, this idea is as clear as day. Since each player at the table has a vested interest in his or her fellow players’ actions in the game, a certain likability will definitely surface when a player is making mistakes left and right. A player who makes mistakes at the table suddenly becomes a well of profit to his opponents, and what’s not to like about adding chips to your stack because of a mistake that your opponent made?
Looking at this concept from the opposite perspective tells us that other players at the table should like us more if we make mistakes. And why not? If we are perceived as a perfect player at the table, others around us will certainly become frustrated.
Each player in a poker game sits down with one goal in mind: to make money. If there’s a player at the table who is exhibiting a high level of skill and thus stopping you from achieving your one goal, you inherently will have a biased attitude toward them. It is that biased attitude formed that could cause you to play differently against a good player, which is exactly what your opponents want. If you are able to recognize this ahead of time, you will be less inclined to get pushed off of your game.
8. Meditation can rewire your brain for the better.
Cooper’s article focuses on the following benefits of meditation: less anxiety, more creativity, and better memory. The science on exactly how meditation has these effects on the brain is actually quite complex, and gone into in much more vivid detail through Cooper’s research. For now, we’ll focus on these benefits and how meditation can help to improve your game.
Meditation has been a long-explored concept in correlation with succeeding at poker. The concept of the actual act is fairly simple, as meditation involves a person inducing a mental state of relaxation in order to achieve a ’clear head.’ This mode of consciousness should, in theory, lead to making better decisions at the table. By reducing anxiety and improving memory functions, meditation can be a useful tool of preparation to truly get yourself in the zone before a task that will require supreme focus, such as multi-tabling online or sitting down for a big buy-in live tournament.

9. Exercise can reorganize the brain and boost your willpower.
This is a schtick that we’ve all heard over and over again. It’s a clear fact that exercise can increase mood levels and lead to a stronger, healthier body. Then laziness sets in, we sit down at the tables, and grind for 10 hours with our only movement being to go to a bathroom or to pick up a burger from the nearest restaurant.
While combating laziness is a difficult thing to do, an added brain-related benefit may help to serve as motivation to get up and start exercising.
According to research in Cooper’s piece, ’Exercisers outperform couch potatoes in tests that measure long-term memory, reasoning, attention, problem-solving, even so-called fluid-intelligence tasks.’
It’s almost as if this benefit is solely for poker players! Memory, reasoning, attention, and problem-solving are all areas of thought that poker players utilize on a daily basis. Whether its remembering an opponent’s betting patterns or reworking your way through a hand in order to pick off an opponent’s potential bluff, staying active and fit will improve your cognitive functions and boost your ability to play at a higher level for longer periods of time.
10. You can make your brain think time is going slowly by doing new things.
As your day goes on, the brain takes in information from our senses and reorganizes it in a way that will eventually make sense to us. This means that our sense of time is actually just a lot of information that is presented to us by our brains in a specific way.
’When our brains receive new information, it doesn’t necessarily come in the proper order. This information needs to be reorganized and presented to us in a form we understand. These means that when you hear fellow players complain that they’ve been ’folding all night,’ they are actually experiencing familiar situations repeatedly. An exciting, new bit of information occurs when you opt to play a hand, allowing for a multitude of outcomes and providing a rich and exciting time for your brain.

The Chelsea Tower rooms are connected to the Tropicana by the Skybridge. There are 2,047 rooms. It was renovated in the spring of 2014 and 2015 with updates to the rooms and casino floor. The hotel also added a Multimedia Light and Sound Show along with a newly built AtlantiCare LifeCenter Fitness room. Tropicana Atlantic City officially opened on November 23, 1981, with 521 guest rooms and a large casino. In May 1985 a 1700-seat showroom was added with Wayne Newton serving as the opening act. Tropicana Atlantic City has become one of the most popular resorts on the East Coast. While it was once just one of many choices on the boardwalk, it is now one of the most frequented destinations in the gaming city.
Tropicana is located near the beginning of the boardwalk, all the way at the end, opposite the now-defunct Revel. If you’re visiting this casino, you will likely need to take a cab back to where you came from, as there is not much activity down this way beyond what you’ll find at Tropicana itself.
The casino features a very eclectic mix of patrons. There is quite the dichotomy between visitors that you will see at Tropicana. There is a large segment of young visitors who tend to frequent the clubs, bars, and table games alike. When the club at Tropicana, named Providence, is open, you’ll immediately notice the influx of younger customers. This becomes even more apparent when the club closes down and these guests flood the gaming floor.
At the same time as Tropicana has a very young crowd, they cater to older clientele as well. The bars in the casino frequently have themed nights, whether that means ’80s music, celebrations of different cultures, or something else entirely. The resort itself is so large and sprawling that you’ll find something different with each turn. If you look at it from the outside, you may not realize just how big the property is on the inside.Hotel rooms
The Tropicana hotel room options are very polarized. There are low-end options perfect for the younger, college-aged crowd, and there are newly renovated suites for those with a larger budget. Tropicana as a whole is quite large, and this includes the overall scope of their rooms as well.
Tropicana is known for its affordability. In terms of comparisons, it is most in line with the rates that you would find in Atlantic City at a property like Bally’s. The rooms are easy to have comped as well if you’re providing any decent level of casino play. Tropicana sends out more room offers than just about anyone in AC, save for Taj Mahal, who is now defunct and no longer an option.
All in all, the rooms at Tropicana are ok, and best described as “you get what you pay for.” The new towers at Harrah’s and any of the rooms at Borgata are superior to Trop, but you will pay for the added luxury.Pools
Tropicana has a reputation as a party spot, especially for those in their 20s. It wasn’t always this way, but the dynamic is certainly shifting in this direction. With that said, it is not a big hot spot for pools. Harrah’s, with their Pool After Dark domed pool, will have the crown when it comes to pools in AC.
The pool options at Tropicana are simple and straightforward. You can choose from the indoor pool, usually best for those with children, or the outdoor pool, which is a bit more of a party scene, complete with a bar and walking distance to the beach and boardwalk.Dining
Dining is where Tropicana really stands out. The walkways are jam-packed with every type of restaurant imaginable. From low-end, 24-hour stores to high-end, reservation-only restaurants, Tropicana has many choices in each category.
